This memorandum is to address the concerns brought up by Walnut Hill Homeowners Association (WHHA) members. The concerns are associated with the one-time assessment for pool renovations of the WHHA community pool. Find the full document in the Pool Bid Section.
Cornhole Tournament Pool Fundraiser
June 24, 2023 @2pm
Walnut Hill HOA is hosting a cornhole tournament to help fund the pool and bring down the cost of the assessments for all neighbors. There is a $20.00 cost per player and teams will be blind drawn. Half of money collected will go towards the new pool and the other half will go to the winners. This event is taking place down in the grass area of the pool @2pm. If any neighbors have cornhole boards and bags that they could bring for use at the tournament, it would be greatly appreciated. We will have music, a large bounce house for kids to enjoy, a small bounce house for toddlers, and food trucks. Let's make this a fun event with our neighborhood! Feel free to invite friends and family who don't live in our HOA. You are free to drink however, we ask no glass of any sort and please drink responsibly. Bring lawn chairs, coolers, and blankets for a day of fun!

Toddler Swim Time - Every Monday and Wednesday morning from 11am-12pm.
This is a designated time for parents to come down to the pool with their 6 and under children. No children 7-18 or adults without a 6 and under child should be in the pool during this event. If you have multiple children they can hangout poolside, play at the courts, or enjoy the playground. If this is not followed homeowners and the board can ask you to kindly leave until the event is over.
Adult Swim - Every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6-7pm.
This is for anyone 18 and older to enjoy the pool without children in it. If this is not followed homeowners and the board can ask you to kindly leave until the event is over.

From our Pool Managers:
I know the pool and keys are on everyone's mind! First off, we will be issuing key cards this year. They are about the size of a credit card and will have your address written on them. This year we will pass out 1 per household.
Our gate equipment unfortunately got delayed in shipping so it will not be installed until next Friday. We do want everyone to have access this weekend and week so we have some options.
I will be there Saturday noon-6 to pass out cards. You can access the pool all day through the walk through gate.
Gate will be unlocked the rest of the weekend and week from 9am-9pm. We will be back and forth trying to check on things. Please remember we are all apart of the pool so if we see something say something to those people.
