Pool Renovation Updates

Pool Renovation Update - May 22, 2024

Good evening, the Walnut Hill HOA Board would like to update you on the pool renovation project! Yesterday, we held a meeting with PBI to update us on timeline and budget of the project. As of now, it is estimated to be 4-6 weeks away from completion. Obviously, timeline is subject to change based on weather conditions and necessary inspections, but as of now we are looking good! We are also on track and operating within the allocated budget.
Moving forward, we have scheduled weekly update meetings with PBI so we can let everyone know the pool open date as we get closer. We do want to keep everyone updated and informed so we plan to post here and the website weekly.
Please remember it is still a construction site down there so be careful. Fences and signage are in place to keep everyone out of the actual pool area. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to Thank you for your attention and ongoing support!

Pool Renovation Update - May 31, 2024

Hello neighbors, as promised here is our weekly pool update! All is looking good with pool construction, and we are still on schedule! We are starting the "open" permitting process as we move more to completion and we will update if anything changes the time frame based on that. It shouldn't, however when dealing with county, town, state, and home land security things can always delay. We will update if anything changes.
Just a few reminders, it is still a construction site so please be aware of where your kids are and what they are doing!

Calling all Walnut Hill artists
With the new pool build underway, it's time to breathe new life into our HOA logo. Our logo represents us and is used on social media, our website, and hopefully on our main entrance to the neighborhood.
We are seeking your help creating a fresh new HOA logo that embodies our community and welcomes all. We're excited to invite all Walnut Hill residents, including kids and grandkids, to participate!
· Submission Deadline: Saturday, July 20, 2024
· How to submit: Please comment on this post with the artwork and the name of the artist. This will help showcase your art and allow others to appreciate your hard work.
· How will we pick the new logo? On July 21, 2024, we will find the "Top 5" most liked logos from the comments on this post. Then, we will create a new post and use the polling option for the community to vote on the winner. The winning logo will be the one that gets the most votes from residents. If there's a tie, the Walnut Hill HOA board will decide the winner. Once we have a winner, we will post an announcement to credit the artist. We aim to have a new logo chosen by Friday, July 26, 2024.
· The winner will receive credit for the new logo design via a Facebook post and a $25 visa gift card for their hard work.
If you do not have social media, you can still participate by submitting your logo design to our HOA email: A board member will then post it on your behalf. Please ensure that you include the artist's name in your email so that we can give proper credit.
Please note: The new logo will be cut from metal and affixed to the stone structure off Elm Dr. and Stafford. Therefore, intricate or small details might not transfer well to metal.
